Overnight Stay:  Check in is available from 15:00 pm while check-out ends at 11:00 am.  
Day Room Stay:  Check in is available from 10:00 am while check-out ends at 18:00 pm.

Airport Transfers:
Transfers to and from downtown airports or Arusha can be provided at a fee. Please email us ahead of time or let us know or at check-in for any departure transfers.  

• Arrival - Provide details (number of people, airline, flight number & arrival time) to get pricing.
• Departure - Provide details (number of people, airline, flight number & arrival time) and confirm departure time at the Front Desk during check in. 

Smoking Policy: Guests should NOT smoke in the Rooms or Balconies. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available and labeled accordingly. A fine of US$300 per person will be imposed on any guest identified to have smoked in the room or balcony.

Cancellations and Amendments:  reservations that are cancelled or amended to reduce length of stay, number of rooms, people or for no show, (collectively called “cancellations”) are subject to ‘Cancellation” and “No Show” fees with terms:

• 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date:                   25%
• 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date:                   50%
• 14 days prior to arrival date and No Shows:    100%
